The Power of Christ.(The end days.)
We as believers in Christ, have forgotten many of the teachings of Christ, and His God.
We have power that is draining from day to day.
Think not about this as something that was not forseen in Gods prophecy's, but as a matter of fact.
Just as I've told all before,
Our faith is tried and tested each and every time the sun rises and sets. We are compassed about with all manner of unrighteousness and filth.
"And when he had called unto [him] his twelve disciples, he gave them power [against] unclean spirits, to cast them out(possession.), and to heal all manner of sickness(including mental.) and all manner of disease."
"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents(a subtil or malicious person.) and scorpions(Malicious and crafty men, who delight in injuring others,), and over all the power of the enemy(Spirit of anti-Christ, and the lies that men create.): and nothing shall by any means hurt you.(No man can separate you from God, this is a freedom of choice that we all still possess.)
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven." (Note; We are not to tempt the Lord by handling snakes.)
"And, behold, I send the promise of my Father(Holy Ghost) upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high."
We all have been given the power to become the Sons of God, but the Bible tells us that in the end days, God will shorten the time so that the very elect will not be deceived.
"Let no man deceive you by any means(False doctrine, false teachings.): for [that day shall not come](The end of the world as we know it.), except there come a falling away first(a great separation of believers from the truth.), and that man of sin be revealed(The anti-Christ.), the son of perdition(The utter loss of the soul or of final happiness in a future state; future misery or eternal death.);"
If a man is not prepared in the word, wisdom and knowledge of truth, he can, and will be deceived. We must read and study to show ourselves approved, fully furnished in the truth and admonition of the Lord.
The power of the Church will be weakened, and many shall surrender their belief in Christ, to the power of persuasion of the doctrines of the anti-Christ. We see this all happening today around the world. Many believe that a one world government, monetary system, and one world religion, is the only way to bring a lasting peace.
The deceptive power of the anti-Christ will be, and is, strong.
Our power within us, comes from the Holy ghost. We are to use this power in our efforts, not only to heal, to protect ourselves and family, but also to continue to seek out those that are lost.
We all have been given power but many refuse to use it, believing that someone else will use theirs to come to their aid. Remember this verse, "And if one be sick, let him pray." This is part of our power over sickness. Some one ask me, "is there a cure for cancer?", my response is, Yes, faith, hope and trust in prayer and The power of the Holy Ghost, who helps us with our many infirmities, this is a promise from God. "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered."
The power that we have is over the spirit of sickness, evil spirits, deception and many others. We have been given the power to rebuke these evil spirits and infermities. Call each out by name and rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ. believe and trust in the word and it shall be done according to your will. We see this explained by Christ in this verse; "Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this [which is done] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."
