Another Way to Heaven?

Many teachings have come forth, even before the appearance of Jesus, offering another way to Heaven. Many teach nothing regarding salvation or renewing of the mind nor spirit of the man. Many have taught things that are contrary to even sound judgment. Many teach that a ladder to heaven is open to all no matter what religion or god that they serve. These are men that seduce the hearts and minds of generations of followers, affirming nothing that is reliable to the salvation of the individual.
Here is an excellent description of religion that teach contrary to the will of God; Eze 34:4; “The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them." Can idols heal, can they deliver those that are in bondage, can they direct any to Heaven?
God stands in the way of those that refuse to heed to His word, His Commandments, His Demands, lets read a little of Numbers 22:31-32; Then the LORD opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.
And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Wherefore hast thou smitten thine ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me:
“ thy way is perverse." Literally, turned aside; hence, distorted from the right.
Obstinate in the wrong; disposed to be contrary; stubborn; intractable.
PERVER'SION, The act of perverting; a turning from truth or propriety; a diverting from the true intent or object; change to something worse. We speak of the perversion of the laws, when they are misinterpreted or misapplied; a perversion of reason, a perversion of Scripture, when it is willfully misinterpreted or misapplied
Have not those that teach another way into Heaven perverted the truth? Do they believe the Gospel, do they believe Christ, or do they even believe God?
1 st John 2:26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. Trying to deceive the elect of Christ will not be tolerated by God. Our faith comes from hearing and hearing from the word of God. The Bible is our truth and a invaluable source of information. It prevents us from being deceived, if we read and study, showing ourselves approved by God, as a workman fully dedicated to Him and His truth. Rightly dividing the word of God.
Going back to Eze 34:4, we see that God recognizes, deceivers, false prophets, ministers and religions, as an enemy of the cross. We see that he shows specifics that these types of people have not and cannot do. The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost;
“ The diseased have ye not strengthened."
Many have not, in their own doctrine, given anyone a feeling of security, but only a feeling of helplessness and disparity. They neither strengthen the body nor the spirit, for they forget, that which is flesh is flesh, and that which is spirit is spirit, for there-in lyes the difference. Do we teach to profit the flesh only, or both body and soul?
Col 1:11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
“ neither have ye healed that which was sick."
This world of false teachings have not come to God so that they can be healed, but have deceived many into believing that they are the healers of this world. I have seen many say;"Come here, I will touch you and you will be healed." Later on we find out that those diseases were not healed but also that the individual died because of this false healing. Its a tragedy that God is not consulted by these so called healers.
“ neither have ye bound up that which was broken." A broken heart is a heart that is in desperate need of love and understanding. People with a broken heart do not need vain words that cannot separate pain and sorrow from the spirit. They need someone that understands what they are going threw and what it will take to relieve them of a burden so great, that their very soul is in danger. We cannot say to those with a broken heart and spirit; “Be ye filled with joy, love, and companionship in your misery." and then not give them those things that are able to aid them in receiving fulfillment in life. This is hypocritical and of no use.
James 2:15-16; If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
Rom 3:8 And not rather , (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
1Ti 1:7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm. Those that teach another way to Heaven cannot justify this teaching by the word of God and neither by prophecy. These teachings come from the imagination of man. We can teach anything, if we so desire to, but what will it profit us or those that listen, if it is not true? Do you really think there is another way to enter into Heaven? Ars. (TSK.)
